Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

1. Purpose

Les présentes conditions générales de vente et de livraison régissent les ventes d’œuvres photographiques certifiées et limitées à 15 tirages mondiale des photos non primées. 7 tirages mondiale pour les photos primées, ayant fait une nomination dans un concours (ci-après dénommées “œuvres”) effectuées par Estebane Rezkallah. Toute commande passée implique l’acceptation sans réserve de ces conditions par le client.

2. Control

The customer may order works via the Estebane Rezkallah website or by any other means of communication made available. Each order is firm and final upon receipt of payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Payment must be made in full when the order is placed. Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the artist and his team at PURAVIDAXPRESS, a company managed by Estebane Rezkallah.

4. Delivery

Works are delivered by UPS to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery is free on all orders, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

5. Delivery times

Delivery times are given for information only and may vary according to availability. Estebane Rezkallah makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the UPS delivery service.

Approximately 7 to 15 days are necessary for the design of your order.

You will be informed of each step forward by the contact details you provide when confirming your order.

6. Reception of works

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the works delivered as soon as they are received.

In the event of apparent damage, the customer must refuse delivery or express clear and precise reservations on the delivery note. If no reservations are made, the works are deemed to have been delivered in good condition and no subsequent claim will be accepted.

7. Refund

Works must be returned in their original condition and packaging, at the customer's expense.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned works.

8. Intellectual Property

The works are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of their author. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, distribute or exploit the works for commercial purposes without prior written authorization on behalf of Estebane Rezkallah.

9. Disputes

Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall be subject to the applicable law and the competent courts.
