INTRODUCTION :
This photo series was conceived during the complete crossing of the Alpine Arc.
On foot from Monaco to Ljubljana, 2324km were covered in an environment full of surprises and constantly changing natural surroundings.
For 4 months, accompanied by my great travel friend Nicolas Thiers, we discovered and conquered the great Alpine reliefs.
After traversing so many massifs, we opt for a dozen-day detour to discover landscapes straight out of other planets.
Massive, steep, almost impassable mountains loom before us. Between them and their rocky relief, hills and valleys allow vegetation and, more generally, life to flourish.
